Issue 100

I thought a great way to commemorate the 100th Issue would be to post the Bill of Rights in plain speak. Most people are ignorant, not only of what their specific rights are, but of why the Bill of Rights exists at all. The first 10 amendments were ratified December 15, 1791 in order to correct the original constitution. To be very specific, the first ten amendments, known as the Bill of Rights, were written to make it very clear for all to see, that our innate rights as free people are recognized by the federal government and therefore, the federal government is prohibited from infringing on these rights.
Here is my synopsized, but specific version of the Bill of Rights, followed by the Bill of Rights.

Amendment I The right of freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly and of redress of grievances from the government.

Amendment II The right and necessity, in order to secure a free state, to form a militia and to keep and bear arms, as a means to defend the people from the government.

Amendment III The right of consent or refusal to allow soldiers to be quartered in a citizen’s home.

Amendment IV The right, with very specific rules for mandatory warrants before ANY search on a citizen or his property by the government.

Amendment V The right, with very specific rules, to ensure due process and protection for life, liberty and property from the government.

Amendment VI The right, with very specific rules, for the citizen to know the nature and cause of accusation against and to be able to face an accuser, to obtain counsel and to a speedy trial by the government.

Amendment VII The right to a trial by a jury.

Amendment VIII The right to not be excessively fined, to not have an excessive bail set and to not be tortured by the government.

Amendment IX The rights listed here shall not be interpreted in such a manner as to infringe on other rights listed here.

Amendment X All powers and prohibited powers, not delegated to the United States in the Constitution are reserved for the states or to the people.

I highly recommend reading the Bill of Rights over and over again. I highly recommend rewording the Bill of Rights and the Constitution itself, in order to fully comprehend the law of the land. I realize that the FBI and Homeland Security have both put out memos to their agents and to all law enforcement specifically stating that those who quote the Bill of Rights and the Constitution, among others, are potential terrorists. However, this act, by the very group that the Bill of Rights was penned and ratified to protect we the people from, says all any informed citizen needs to know about the true nature of our federal government.

The Bill of Rights
First Amendment – Establishment Clause, Free Exercise Clause; freedom of speech, of the press, Freedom of Religion, and of assembly; right to petition,
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Second Amendment – Militia (United States), Sovereign state, Law of Arms.
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. [5][6]
Third Amendment – Protection from quartering of troops.
No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
Fourth Amendment – Protection from unreasonable search and seizure.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Fifth Amendment – due process, double jeopardy, self-incrimination, eminent domain.
No person shall be held to answer for any capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Sixth Amendment – Trial by jury and rights of the accused; Confrontation Clause, speedy trial, public trial, right to counsel
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district where in the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.
Seventh Amendment – Civil trial by jury.
In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
Eighth Amendment – Prohibition of excessive bail and cruel and unusual punishment.
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Ninth Amendment – Protection of rights not specifically enumerated in the Bill of Rights.
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Tenth Amendment – Powers of States and people.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

The Myths That Control Us

Myths prevent people, especially Americans, from discerning and even reaching for the truth. Myths are created by and used by the elite power structure to control the masses. It works because these myths create a sense of power in the individual through his/her connection to the group, even though in reality, this faith-based belief in the myth actually neuters any power the individual once possessed.

Let’s look at the two biggest and most powerful myths used to control Americans.

Myth number one—we are a democracy.
First of all, America is a constitutional republic, not a democracy. Our founding fathers did not create a government of winner take all, 51% rules over the other 49%--this is a lie repeated and repeated by the people who benefit (politicians and press—and those who own them). The reason this myth is so controlling and destructive to America, is that a two-headed monster dictates all policy and all debate. Two teams continually battle for control of the system and every citizen, whether they vote or not, is drawn into the false divide and sides with one or the other of the teams. When one team has worn out its welcome, the voters replace it with the other team.

Battle lines are continually drawn over “morality”, taxation, military expenditures and so on. Pundits on both sides ceaselessly promote and oppose the so-called positions of the two teams. Money is raised by grass roots organizations on both sides. People actually stake their manhood/womanhood on their support and belief in their team.

But, for all of the open sniping, both teams are owned by the same owner. The teams dine together. A massive amount of money is given to each side by the same corporations and banks. No matter which team is currently in power, an agenda of increasing federal control over individual liberties always presses forward. An agenda of corporate legislation always presses forward. An agenda of increasing the power of the unitary executive always presses forward. An agenda of war and surrendering sovereignty to a world authority always presses forward.

Why? Because of continuity of government. Because of state secrets. Because the CFR and Tri-Lateral Commission members dictate all policy. Because a British secret society formed the CIA and the stifling intelligence apparatus that rules all politics in the name of the owners. Because the president is a CEO of the Corporation of Washington DC. He is not the owner, as the democracy myth would have us believe, he is the starting quarterback. He gets his picture taken, he speaks to the reporters, the people worship him or boo him, but he doesn’t call the plays. He is just a player.

Myth number two—we have a free press.
No, we don’t. We never have had a free press. But, now it is more obvious than ever. Five international corporations own everything that is seen on TV and almost everything heard on radio. The newspapers are owned by corporations. Every wire article comes from AP or Reuters and the Rothschilds banking fortune owns them both. Editors and many of the most influential writers are either directly paid for or covertly controlled by the CIA. Operation Mockingbird, a CIA plan, created this complete takeover.

Because of the iron grip of corporate/banker control over the American press and media, people are told continuously that they have a free press and that they are the freest people in the world. This is programming. This is fostering a myth. It is not true. In 2008 the United States was ranked 31st in the world in press freedom, tied with Greece. Pay off your house and fall behind on property taxes and then see who owns your house and how free you are. The Federal Reserve Bank is private and the IRS collects an unconstitutional tax on your income. The IRS then gives every penny, every year to the private Federal Reserve Bank for interest on a loan. When is the last time you heard your free press tell you about this extortion of trillions of dollars from the American people?

The press criticizes or praises one or the other of the heads of the two-headed monster that is our current system of government. However, the press never questions the legitimacy of the two-headed monster. The press never questions the legitimacy of elections run by the two-headed monster and counted on electronic machines that are proven to be easily hacked and can be pre-programmed to game a result. The press never questions the ownership of the two political teams, because the press is owned by the very same owner.

These two myths are responsible for a bevy of other myths that each help to enslave and truncate the enlightenment of all Americans. The myth of the benign and righteous government. The myth of spreading democracy through military power. The myth of organized international terrorists bent on the destruction of America. The myth of man-made global warming and imminent catastrophe. The myth of American supremacy, when in fact, America is owned by England and Israel, and is used as a military enforcer for foreign financial oligarchs. The list goes on and on. I’m quite sure everyone reading this can think of several controlling myths that I have left out.

We the people are being programmed by a television and a press. We are lied to and misled by a massive and completely unaccountable federal government. Even many of the so-called alternative news outlets, provide some fashion of official propaganda. Only through cross-checking a broad spectrum of sources can one discern a portion of the truth. It is a formidable task to be sure. However, the alternative is faith based acceptance of official truth, as told to us by the government and repeated by the controlled, corporate press. And this official truth is plainly and simply, myth.

Not only will Obama and the Dems not de-legislate all of the Bush/Clinton/Bush police state crimes against we the people, but they will add all of the aforementioned left-leaning (Big Sister) restrictions on our God-given liberties.

Not only that, but the transition to Obama rule will be seamless. There will be no trials or any real investigation into all of the crimes committed by the Bush administration. Oh sure, there might be some congressional posing and indignation, but the truth questions will remain unasked and unanswered. Count on it. The sooner everybody wakes up to the scam, the sooner we can go about trying to resuscitate our republic. My only hope at this point is that the left wakes up much faster to the deception of the Obama, than the right ever did to the betrayal of the Bush.

1) The USA Patriot Act
The party line often heard from Neo-Cons in their attempts to defend the Patriot Act either circulate around the contention that the use of the Patriot Act has never been abused or that it isn't being used against American citizens. The Patriot Act was the boiler plate from which all subsequent attacks on the Constitution were formed.
2) Total Information Awareness
"Every purchase you make with a credit card, every magazine subscription you buy and medical prescription you fill, every Web site you visit and e-mail you send or receive, every academic grade you receive, every bank deposit you make, every trip you book and every event you attend — all these transactions and communications will go into what the Defense Department describes as "a virtual, centralized grand database," infamously wrote New York Times writer William Safire , announcing the birth of Total Information Awareness, a kind of Echelon on steroids introduced a year after 9/11.
TIA was not canned, it was simply removed from the newspaper, renamed and continues to operate under a guise of different programs.
3) USA Patriot Act II
The second Patriot Act was a mirror image of powers that Julius Caesar and Adolf Hitler gave themselves. Whereas the First Patriot Act only gutted the First, Third, Fourth and Fifth Amendments, and seriously damaged the Seventh and the Tenth, the Second Patriot Act reorganized the entire Federal government as well as many areas of state government under the dictatorial control of the Justice Department, the Office of Homeland Security and the FEMA NORTHCOM military command.
The Domestic Security Enhancement Act 2003, also known as the Second Patriot Act is by its very structure the definition of dictatorship.
4) Military Commissions Act
Slamming the final nail in the coffin of everything America used to stand for, the boot-licking U.S. Senate gave President Bush the legal authority to abduct and sexually mutilate American citizens and American children in the name of the war on terror in passing the Military Commissions Act and officially ending Habeas Corpus.
There is nothing in the "detainee" legislation that protects American citizens from being kidnapped by their own government and tortured.
The New York Times stated that the legislation introduced, "A dangerously broad definition of “illegal enemy combatant” in the bill could subject legal residents of the United States, as well as foreign citizens living in their own countries, to summary arrest and indefinite detention with no hope of appeal. The president could give the power to apply this label to anyone he wanted."
Yale Law Professor Bruce Ackerman states in the L.A. Times , "The compromise legislation....authorizes the president to seize American citizens as enemy combatants, even if they have never left the United States. And once thrown into military prison, they cannot expect a trial by their peers or any other of the normal protections of the Bill of Rights."
Similarly, law Professor Marty Lederman explain s: "this [subsection (ii) of the definition of 'unlawful enemy combatant'] means that if the Pentagon says you're an unlawful enemy combatant -- using whatever criteria they wish -- then as far as Congress, and U.S. law, is concerned, you are one, whether or not you have had any connection to 'hostilities' at all."
5) John Warner Defense Authorization Act
The Bush Junta quietly "tooled up" to utilize the U.S. military in engaging American dissidents after the next big crisis, with a frightening and overlooked piece of legislation that was passed alongside the Military Commissions Act, the John Warner Defense Authorization Act , which greased the skids for armed confrontation and abolishes posse comitatus.
6) Illegal Domestic Wiretapping Program
"Months after the Sept. 11 attacks, President Bush secretly authorized the National Security Agency to eavesdrop on Americans and others inside the United States to search for evidence of terrorist activity without the court-approved warrants ordinarily required for domestic spying, according to government officials," reported the New York Times on December 16, 2005
The secret warrantless spying program was a complete violation of both the 4th Amendment and FISA.
7) Expansion of Illegal Domestic Wiretapping Program
Not content with now being lawfully allowed to force ISP's and cell phone companies to turn over data about customers without a warrant, the Bush administration is pushing for even more authority to spy on American citizens, and has already been handed a 6 month window within which to impose any surveillance policy it likes, and for that program to remain legal in perpetuity.
The administration has a 6 month window in which to impose any surveillance program it chooses and that program will go unchallenged and remain legally binding in perpetuity - it cannot be revoked. Under the definitions of the legislation, Bush has been granted absolute dictator status for a minimum of 6 months.
If he so chooses, and so long as it's implemented within the next half year, Bush could build a database of every website visited by every American - and the policy would be immune from Congressional challenge even after the "surveillance gap" legislation reaches its sunset
8) Martial Law Presidential Decision Directive 51
New legislation signed on May 9, 2007, declares that in the event of a "catastrophic event", the President can take total control over the government and the country, bypassing all other levels of government at the state, federal, local, territorial and tribal levels, and thus ensuring total unprecedented dictatorial power .
The National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive , which also places the Secretary of Homeland Security in charge of domestic "security", was signed earlier this month without the approval or oversight of Congress and seemingly supercedes the National Emergency Act which allows the president to declare a national emergency but also requires that Congress have the authority to "modify, rescind, or render dormant" such emergency authority if it believes the president has acted inappropriately.
9) Destruction of the Dollar
Former World Bank Vice President, Chief Economist and Nobel Prize winner Joseph Stiglitz has predicted a global economic crash within 24 months - unless the current downturn is successfully managed. Asked if the situation was being properly handled Stiglitz emphatically responded "no,".
Stiglitz caused controversy in October 2001 when he exposed rampant corruption within the IMF and blew the whistle on their nefarious methods of inducing countries to fall under their debt before stripping them of sovereignty and hollowing out their economies. Stiglitz agreed that the process of hijacking and looting key infrastructure on the part of the IMF and World Bank, as an offshoot of predatory globalization, had now moved from the third world to Europe, the United States and Canada.
10) Amnesty & The North American Union

You Simply Cannot Return To The Darkness

I’ve seen people deny the truth out of instinct. I’ve seen people deny the truth for convenience. I’ve seen people deny the truth out of some sort of misplaced loyalty toward a political party. I’ve seen people deny every single fact laid out before them, always quickly, and seldom supported with any research. The research that is used inevitably is Popular Mechanics (Michael Chertoff lead researcher, owned by the yellow journalists at the Hearst Dynasty); a smear piece that doesn’t refute as much as take only certain aspects of the questions asked and add straw man arguments. Or, from the NOVA documentary, which relied on a computer model with the walls removed in order to support the flawed NIST report. These are clearly government propaganda shills designed to keep those inclined to believe the government in the dark.

I’ve seen people deny the truth because they are or were in the military and therefore, their patriotism can’t be denied. Maybe if they looked into the truth movement, they would find Dr/Lt Col Robert Bowman, flew 101 missions and was the head of the missile defense program for 6 years, who says, if the government had done nothing at all, none of those planes would have completed their missions. The fact is, protocol was not followed by design. I’ve seen smear sites pop up that claim to debunk the conspiracy theories. Of course, these have all been debunked, but to the uninitiated and the blind they could appear as justification to believe the government’s conspiracy theory.

The one thing I’ve never seen, and don’t think I ever will, is someone who has seen the truth and then decided to go back to believing the lie. I’ve never seen anyone unplugged from the matrix who wishes to be re-plugged. I’ve never seen anyone come from the darkness into the light and then chosen to return to the darkness. The truth, even when it is repugnant and disturbing, shall indeed, set you free.

Amendment to STOP the North American Union

Representatives of the people shall not sacrifice any of the people’s Constitutional rights of citizenship in the pursuit of a North American Union or any global union, without full disclosure and overwhelming voter approval by the citizens of the United States. In addition, any merger of the United States with any entity must be overwhelmingly approved by vote of the citizens of the United States.

What do you know about the North American Union?

It is already being initiated. Without a vote by the people, and, in fact, behind our backs, our government is building a super highway system, two football fields wide, that will originate at a port in Mexico and cut through the US to a port of entry (Mexican sovereign territory) in Kansas City. Needless to say, the property rights of land owners in the path of this super highway are being violated. At that point it will head east and west, as well as north, into Canada. Oversized, Mexican trucks will race through our southern border with goods from China (by-passing US longshoreman). This system of super highways will be self contained, with corporate ownership of zones, and, it will be paid for with tolls charged to American drivers.

The new IDs that they have planned for us will work in Mexico and Canada. By the way, the IDs issued in Mexico and Canada will work here, as well.

Folks, 70% of the US manufacturing capacity (and jobs) have disappeared into third world countries. Through ‘free trade’ agreements that serve corporations, the American citizen has been abandoned.

Have you noticed the events transpiring on our southern border? The government estimates the illegal aliens from Mexico at 12 million. Realistic estimates put the number at 30-40 million. Corporations facilitate the importation of these undocumented workers because they can pay illegal aliens much less than their American counterparts. They make their profit margin from the shaft of honest American workers and through the exploitation of undocumented wage slaves. The plan is to give all of these illegal aliens amnesty.

A North American Union will make the Constitution and its Bill of Rights obsolete. New rules and currency will be used in the NAU.

My fellow citizens, please research what I am telling you. We, the people, must fight for our right to choose our governance and our destiny. Objectives:
1 To separate ALL corporate money from the lawmakers

How can we attain an E.C.C. (Emergency Citizen’s Congress)?

It will ONLY be achievable through grassroots—word of mouth. There is absolutely no room for right/left wedge issues. None of those issues matter if a fascist government working for and in league with multinational corporations controls and dictates our lives.

E.C.C. candidates will be selected by communities and entered as candidates in every Congressional district and Senate seat.

Money and organization for getting E.C.C. candidates on every ballot will be handled by communities. Candidates will not campaign or raise money. It will not matter, they will have specific objectives and they will be the candidate that the citizens will vote for, regardless of name recognition.

Candidates will voluntarily agree to serve, at the most, 2 terms. Their mission with the E.C.C. will be temporary and specific.

Once in office, E.C.C. candidates will work tirelessly to legislate permanent separation of corporate money/lobbyist influence over politicians and in creating policy. E.C.C. candidates will work to break the political party domination of the Republicans and Democrats. Through publicly funded elections, the return of the fairness doctrine for media and increased voter options, the stranglehold will be broken.

This can all be achieved if the citizens unite behind this cause. This is an emergency. Our system is not only broken, it is criminal. The system serves the corporations and the system is ruining our country and our chances of ever achieving true democracy. But, most importantly, the system as it stands today, is ruling the American people with a deaf ear and an iron fist. What would six years of collectively voting Emergency Citizens Congress do for America?

First and foremost, it would eliminate the money from the representatives. Those representatives could then legislate corporations and their lobbyists out of the halls of Congress and out of the elections. With publicly funded elections and the return of the fairness doctrine, our representative democracy would stand the chance of living up to its name.

Secondly, ECC legislators would make it a priority to legislate completely transparent and certifiable elections, using paper trails and politically unattached certifiers of elections. Honest elections are the very heart of democracy and inventive measures such as week long elections and same day registration should be considered in order to facilitate the vote of every citizen.

Six years of ECC voting would break the two party duopoly that gives us no choice at all. This system would then be open to the libertarians, greens, independents and so on.

ECC legislators would work to un-legislate all of the laws that countermand the Constitution and its Bill of Rights. ECC legislators would work to undo all laws that foster a police state.

ECC legislators would work to break up the corporate-media monopoly that is currently strangling the people’s airwaves. ECC legislators would work to make the people’s internet a neutral (free from corporate and government taxing and policing) voice of the people.

ECC legislators would push for passage of a constitutional amendment making it impossible for administrations or legislators to merge the US into a North American Union or any other globalist union without a direct vote of the people.

We would have our democratic Republic back in six years. We could achieve a representative democracy.

What Else is the Mainstream Media Lying About?

The other night I had an extensive conversation with one of my best friends. This man is highly intelligent and moral. He is a writer, a journalist and a concerned American citizen. During the course of our conversation he told me his criticisms of my latest op ed piece, Pulling the 9/11 Lynch Pin. His main complaint seemed to be my insistence that 9/11 is not at all what the government says it was and, quite frankly, if the ‘conspiracy theory’ had any merit whatsoever, the mainstream media would be exposing it. Bloggers, such as yours truly, can say whatever they want, but journalists will research a subject and expose the truth.

Fair enough. Even though the media is owned by huge corporations, there are honest, crackerjack journalists out there who will dig and fight in order to expose, the real story.

Rather than listing the hundreds of lies, omissions, distortions, ‘coincidences’ and physical impossibilities that make up the official narrative of the events of 9/11, facts that my good friend refuses to even look at, because he saw the planes hit the towers with his own eyes and knows what happened, I’d like to take a look at the mainstream media instead. Since a lie encompasses omissions and distortions, as well as the simple act of not telling the truth, I’m wondering what else the mainstream media is lying about to the American people.

Depleted Uranium—The US military used depleted uranium munitions in Gulf War 1, Bosnia, Gulf War 2 and, through sales and gifts to Israel, in Lebanon. Our soldiers are being poisoned, disabled and eventually murdered by our own government. In addition, the regions of the world where D.U. is dispersed are basically poisoned forever. This includes the food, the water, the soil and the genetics of all species of life, forever!

Impending Collapse of the Petrol Dollar—When Iran and Russia and Venezuela start selling their oil for Euros instead of dollars, the dollar will become virtually worthless and the U.S. economy will crash. The US is the largest debtor nation in the world and yet, the media claims we’re the most powerful economy on the planet.

C.F.R.—The Council on Foreign Relations dictates domestic and foreign policy for the U.S. and the C.F.R. provides the U.S. voters with a choice of C.F.R. Bush or C.F.R. Kerry. I believe Barry Goldwater was the only major party candidate for president since the 40’s that was not a member. This club of elitists has unlimited power over our lives.

The Federal Reserve Bank—Created by the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, this traitorous Act gave a private cabal of the most powerful bankers, the job of printing our money supply, loaning it to the government and then charging an interest rate for repayment of this loan. Before 1913, the U.S. government printed the dollar and it was worth a dollar—now it is worth 4 cents!

The IRS—The Internal Revenue Service was created to collect an unconstitutional garnishment of a tax on our labor, in order to pay the interest on the Federal Reserve ‘loan’ to the US government. Quite simply, income is defined in the Constitution as earnings from investments, from employment overseas and from employment by the federal government. Further more, Supreme Court rulings have codified and upheld the principle that labor is not taxable. Our representatives know this, our judges know this and I suspect quite a few journalists, editors and media moguls know this as well. This is a fraud on a massive scale and yet, I still haven’t seen a story on this. FEMA Camps and Chertoff—Halliburton is building FEMA camps in the US, complete with razor wire and guard towers. Department of Homeland Security chief, Michael Chertoff, who has complete control over FEMA, maintains dual citizenship with Israel and is, in fact, the son of a Mossad agent. President Clinton signed the Telecommunications Act that enabled the biggest fish to swallow all of the smaller fish and left us with just a few, gigantic multinational corporations providing all of the programming on the people’s airwaves. Integrity of Elections—The fairness and accuracy of the election system is never called into question on corporate TV, radio or print. Through the HAVA (Help America Vote Act), jammed through by Abramoff partners such as convicted felon, congressman Bob Ney, billions of federal money was supplied to states for the purchase of electronic voting machines. These machines use secretive software that is easily hacked and they are not required to leave a paper trail. There is no way to actually check the count. We won’t even go into voter suppression and illegal redistricting schemes, both of which are slaps in the face of democracy. Exit Polls—In the modern age, the media has always provided exit polls, which are incredibly accurate predictors of actual election returns. However, in 2004, although Kerry was leading in Ohio (and 11 other key states) all day long, when the final returns came in, Bush had won. The media could not explain this of course, so now instead of providing the information, the polls are held until after the returns are in. These polls can now be manipulated to reflect the actual result. The funny thing is that they were always accurate, until electronic machines started counting our votes. Once again, I guess I can understand why the mainstream media hasn’t covered this story.

We now have Rumsfeld’s disease from this poison. The US Department of Health and Human Services lists over 90 reported symptoms associated with ingestion of this poison. Among these are memory loss, seizures, heart rate changes, numbness, breathing difficulties, fatigue and neurological maladies.

Trillions Missing from the Pentagon—On September 10, 2001, Donald Rumsfeld announced that 2.3 TRILLION dollars were missing from the Pentagon. We all know what happened on September 11 of that year and so, that story was sidelined. The war in Iraq has cost somewhere around the mind numbing amount of 350 billion dollars. The missing money figure at the Pentagon has now reached somewhere around 4 TRILLION dollars! This is astounding and I haven’t seen journalist one tracking down this story.

Massive Protests and Boos become Cheers—During Bush’s inaugural parade, people were booing and holding signs all along the route, voicing their disgust at the stolen 2000 election (since that time, our government has imposed, entirely un-constitutional, free speech zones to insulate the President). In the run up to the illegal and immoral invasion of Iraq, there were massive protests in cities all over the US. There have been 2 World Can’t Wait, organized protests of citizens in cities throughout the country. The mainstream media completely censored this outcry. When George H.W. Bush threw out the first pitch to start the baseball season, there was loud booing in the stadium and the broadcasters covered it up. Once again, in New Orleans, as the Saints made their triumphant return to the Superdome, loud booing accompanied George H.W. Bush as he made the coin flip and ESPN clicked onto audio of cheers for the TV audience. This is called programming.

Abramoff and Enron—The K Street, pay to play institutionalized corruption and the Enron collapse are two of the biggest scandals that our capitalist, democratic Republic has ever faced. CIA/Media Cooperation—Both the civilian and military intelligence agencies are completely entrenched in our media and now, on line. They started the war in Afghanistan in order to build a gas pipeline and to restart the poppy trade. They started the war in Iraq in order to take Iraqi oil out of the market, to deploy massive weapons systems, to provide billions in no bid rebuilding contracts, to slice the Iraqi state into 3 less significant and easily controlled states, and lastly, to provide permanent military bases. They have been systematically implementing a police state, since well before 9/11, but by leaps and bounds ever since.

Are these people capable of pulling off 9/11? You tell me. The Lucitania was intentionally sailed into harm’s way, sunk and the US entered WW1. Recently released documents confirm there was foreknowledge of the attack on Pearl Harbor. The US enters WW 2. US operatives stage terrorism and successfully orchestrate the coup to overthrow the elected leader of Iran and the brutal Shah is imposed. Operation Northwoods, a plan to use terrorism and staged attacks to justify attacking Cuba, is nixed by Kennedy. Kennedy plots a course for his presidency that diverges from the shadow government’s plan for protracted war in Viet Nam. Kennedy is erased. Recently released documents and testimony confirm that the Gulf of Tonkin Incident was staged. The US war machine goes into high gear and billions are made and thousands are killed. Recently released documents prove that the USS Liberty was attacked by Israel in order to blame it on Egypt and President Johnson wanted that boat on the bottom of the ocean. Documents clearly implicate the FBI in the WTC bombing in 1993. The Oklahoma City bombing is whitewashed and blamed on the lone gunman, Tim McVeigh. Press reports of ATF statements of additional bombs in the building are erased.

Could these people have pulled off 9/11? Evidence was removed from all 3 crime scenes by agents of the government. Proper investigations of the scenes were not done. Sand covered the Pentagon lawn the very next day. Steel from the WTC was shipped overseas. Surveillance tapes are state secrets now and audio tapes were destroyed. Black boxes were never found. The airplanes were never put back together. There was no NTSB investigations. The two leading journalists investigating 9/11, Michael Rupert and Chris Bolynn, have left the country because of police intimidation. Any public figure who even asks a question, will be ridiculed, threatened and intimidated by the government and the press. The Bin Laden confession video and several other tapes are proven fakes and the FBI does not list Bin Laden as being wanted for 9/11. There were more than 20 fake blips inserted on radar screens on the morning of 9/11. Most of the interceptors of the American air defense system were involved in a drill in Northern Canada and Alaska. There was a drill running the morning of 9/11 that simulated a plane crashing into the WTC. In an attack that lasted an hour and a half, no planes were scrambled in time. The Pentagon is one of the most heavily fortified and defended buildings in the world and yet, they never fired a shot. You tell me. How did these hijackers defeat our entire $500,000,000,000 air defense system? If these hijackers really did succeed in fooling the CIA, the FBI, the NSA, NORAD and the FAA, then why hasn’t ANYONE been fired, demoted, court martialed or held accountable? Who really had the means, motive and opportunity to make this false flag plan, a reality?

What has happened since has been a stream of terror alerts, starting with the anthrax attack, which just happened to coincide with the rush passage of the already written Patriot Act. Anthrax was sent to a couple of media sources and US made, weapons grade anthrax was sent to the highest ranking Democrats. The trail went cold or did it? The scientist who was arrested, never charged, and then released, claims innocence and no one else was ever charged. When you then learn that the White House staff was started on Cipro one month before, it is cause for thought. The color coded alert system was a proven political tool in order to boost poll numbers. The 7/7 bombings explanation is fraught with lies and whitewash and has MI 5 written all over it. The Madrid bombings were blamed on terrorists and now it turns out it was the Spanish Secret Service. Several plots have been stoked and entrapped by intelligence services here. After the fact, you learn that the terrorists had no means to accomplish the plot and were in effect, patsies. The liquid bomber plot was exposed and acted on because of pressure from the US. There was no way to make the liquid bombs work, there were no bombs and most of the suspects didn’t have passports. No matter, each time one of these events is reported, the fear is ratcheted up, ‘terror’ and ‘terrorists’ is repeated again and again and more intrusive, Bill of Rights’ raping legislation is passed.

Osama Bin Laden worked for and was armed by the CIA. After the Soviets were expelled from Afghanistan, he turned his sights on the US troops in Saudi Arabia. He was a nothing with a rag tag group of followers before the US gave his group the name al Qaeda. After that he was mentioned constantly so that we were prepared to hear that he was responsible for 9/11. Now al Qaeda is a world wide, ever changing, secretive terrorist organization bent on the eternal terror of America. We are being programmed and lied to and this whole thing is a war OF terror against the freedoms of Americans and indeed the citizens of the western world. Please do not make the foolish decision to dismiss me as a conspiracy theorist. Do the research. Check my facts. When the veil of denial falls away, the magnitude of the realization will hit you in the gut. At that point, you must face the mirror and figure out what kind of human being you really are and what in the hell you can do to join the fight.

What’s next? The North American Union is already underway and is to be fully functional by 2010. At this point, the Constitution, including the Bill of Rights, will be inconsequential. A grid of roads will be tolled. Cameras at each toll as well as biometric passes and transponders in the vehicles will all keep track of our comings and goings. Cameras and microphones placed anywhere and everywhere will surveil the citizenry. Phone calls will be logged, tracked and listened to at any point deemed reasonable by the authorities. Medical records, banking records, purchasing records and all internet traffic will be available to authorities whenever they deem it necessary. If your actions are interpreted as being hostile to the authorities, you can be taken from your home without a warrant, tortured, held without charges and representation or if charged with being an ‘enemy combatant’, you can be held for the duration of the ‘war’. Private property rights will be at the discretion of the authorities. FEMA camps are already being built to house dissenters and anyone the authorities deem necessary. Church leaders have been trained as organizers in the event of a FEMA emergency. They are to encourage compliance and facilitate the confiscation of weapons. There will be nowhere to run. Opportunities will be gone. Freedom of choice will be gone. As many sheeple as are needed, will be used to fight wars for resources. This is America, Goddamn It!

How can we possibly stop this from happening? We have nothing but righteousness on our side. If we stand together and calmly say NO, the tyrants cannot win. They are powerful, but few. 19 hijackers of Middle Eastern descent and radical Islamic persuasion, commandeer 4 airliners and expertly pilot 3 of the 4 airliners into targets, those being, the World Trade Center Towers and the Pentagon. The towers collapse due to jet fuel fires. Confusion on the part of NORAD and the FAA allows the planes to reach their targets, while one plane, Flight 93, is brought down by passenger revolt and crashes into a field in Pennsylvania. Pre-warnings of the attack are bungled by the intelligence agencies’ lack of communication and cooperation.

The Reality:
America was attacked on 9/11, but not by Islamic extremists, directed from a cave in Afghanistan. Planes flew into buildings, but, they were not flown by unskilled Cessna pilots. Buildings collapsed, but not because of jet fuel fires. The Pentagon was hit by something. Flight 93 allegedly vaporized upon impact in Pennsylvania, but left a debris field eight miles long. Multiple war games and terror drills were running which diluted the air defense capabilities and confused the FAA. There was even a drill running with a hijacked plane hitting a building. What are the odds? How did Bin Laden know about the war games and terror drills?

The Truth:
The truth is that only the highest up in the chain of conspirators knows the complete truth. What we have available to us are many, many little truths that comprise the evidence and circumstantial evidence that clearly and loudly screams to all patriotic Americans; We Must Have A New, Completely Independent Investigation Into The Attack Of 9/11.
The truth is that buildings do not fall at almost freefall speed unless supports have been removed with precision timing, so that no resistance to the fall exists. This can only be achieved through carefully controlled demolition. Dr. Steven Jones tested several samples of steel from the towers and has conclusively found the cutter charge, thermate (thermite and sulfer; used by controlled demolition to cut steel like a hot knife through butter). The truth is that evidence was quickly removed from all 3 crime scenes. The list of that evidence includes; the steel and concrete dust from the WTC site, the airplanes from all three sites, the surveillance tapes from businesses around the Pentagon, the black boxes from the planes, the molten steel found in the debris of all three of the collapsed buildings 5 weeks after 9/11, the front lawn of the Pentagon being covered with dirt on September 12, fire fighters’ communications with dispatch being unavailable for a year after the attack, FAA tapes being destroyed and, I assure you, the list goes on and on.
The truth is that evidence was planted, such as a passport that landed on top of the rubble, even though titanium engines and black boxes made of the most impervious metal known to man, vaporized. A single piece of luggage was left behind by one of the alleged hijackers that contained, not only a will, but, a ‘terrorist manual’ and the names of the other hijackers. Who carries a will along with them on a suicide mission where it will be destroyed? And, most damningly, the Bin Laden confession video, that clearly shows a right-handed man, with a gold ring and a much smaller nose, is clearly, a fake.
The truth is that NORAD lied to the 9/11 Commission about the timeline of events and responses and this leaves the Commission Report flawed.
The truth is that none of the 19 alleged hijackers’ names appear on the passenger lists of the 4 flights.
The truth is that there was clear foreknowledge of the plot. Examples include; extraordinary buying of puts on United Airlines (4 x the normal amount), American Airlines (11 x the normal amount) and on Boeing stock (5 x the normal amount), 11 countries warning the US of intelligence and chatter, FBI agents stifled in investigations that would have exposed the threat, important people, like Mayor Willie Brown, warned not to fly on 9/11 by Condi Rice, and a Presidential brief entitled, ‘Bin Laden Determined To Strike In US’, which was ignored.

The truth is that the media of the United States repeats again and again and again, a myth that sells a collective fear of the dark and hateful. It is designed to propagandize’ terror’ in order to condition the citizenry to unquestioningly support the myth of the benevolent goodness of the US government and to ensure the profits of its corporate owners.
The truth is that we are being lied to on a massive scale.

Dueling Conspiracy Theories:
A conspiracy theory is simply a theory that a conspiracy exists. If that theory is supported by even one fact, the theory becomes a possibility. If that theory is supported by fact after fact after fact after fact; it becomes a probability.

The ‘official’ conspiracy theory asks you to believe that buildings collapse at freefall speed, because briefly burning, relatively cool fires can, indeed, weaken and melt steel tested to sustain much higher temperatures and for much longer periods of time. Never before has any steel framed building fallen due to fire and yet three fell on 9/11. The ‘official’ conspiracy theory also asks you to believe that 19 alleged hijackers were able to carry out a mission, even though the US air defense system is built and maintained to the tune of $500,000,000,000 per year and is second to none. The ‘official’ conspiracy theory also asks you to believe, that the US intelligence services, which are the most heavily funded and highly advanced and powerful in the world, were made to look like The Keystone Cops by 19 extremists and their leader, who was living in a cave in Afghanistan. The ‘official’ conspiracy theory once again asks you to believe that two jet airliners vaporized upon impact, even though this has never happened in the history of aviation. The ‘official’ conspiracy theory was edited of all conflicting evidence, such as the firemen, the police, the news reporters and the victims who said there were secondary explosions at the WTC and the Pentagon and that there was no sign of the wreckage of jet airliners at the Pentagon and in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

The alternative to the ‘official’ conspiracy theory is what I call the reality theory or the conspiracy probability. Even though evidence was destroyed and removed by the government, the visual and audio clips, documented paper trails, eyewitness testimony and logical connections, paint a powerful and convincing case for an ‘inside job’. WTC 7 was brought down by pre-planted explosives. There is simply no other rational explanation, so the ‘official’ conspiracy theory simply left it out. The WTC towers pancaked down, floor upon floor, and yet they fell, with no resistance and left no pancakes (only concrete dust and severed steel). This defies the laws of physics. We must face the science and simply ask; how could this have happened? Visual evidence at the Pentagon contradicts the ‘official’ conspiracy theory that a 757, flown by a below average Cessna pilot, slammed into the building and vaporized, leaving a 16 foot hole, but no wings, tail section or engines behind. Something hit the building, probably a radio controlled Global Hawk or an A 3 Sky Warrior, but this could be easily ascertained if the FBI would simply release the surveillance videos that were confiscated, literally stolen, within minutes of the crash, from the Virginia Department of Transportation, The Sheraton Hotel or the adjacent Citgo gas station. Flight 93 or something else was either shot down or it exploded in mid air, but it did not crash into the ground and leave debris for eight miles. The last three minutes of the flight recorder from flight 93 is ‘unaccounted for’. That last three minutes would be quite valuable now, wouldn’t it? The conspiracy probability produces questions that demand answers. Those answers remain locked within an ‘official’ vault of ‘state secrets’. The vault is additionally protected by a lapdog media and a naïve public, largely blinded by propaganda and unable to discern the difference between patriotic duty to country and misguided allegiance to government. The alternative conspiracy probability is an intellectually based, factually grounded, citizen organized questioning of an all powerful ruling entity, that has proven both historically and through recent actions, to be quite capable of lying to its people. Trolls, ladies and gentleman,

I have a personal policy of not engaging trolls. It’s like debating a twelve-year old boy who sees only his father’s point of view of the world. He lacks any capacity to understand complexity in issues and does not feel empathy, let alone understand it. He will say something he perceives to be funny and then revel in the disharmony he creates. A name-calling contest is a win for a twelve-year old boy. After the contest, he will claim victory and then go jerk himself off.

Trolls mean nothing. They are as irrelevant to the leaders of the Rabid Right as they are to the intellectuals at Newshounds Post. They serve the same function as a thorn on a Mesquite tree. They are pricks. They are a natural defense mechanism of the tree. Truth be told, they are barely needed by the tree. The tree will not feel it if one is broken off. They are not the leaves of the tree; that part that gives it flower and color. And, they are certainly not part of the wooden, solid structure of the tree.

Trolls, twelve-year old boys and the malicious tools on Fox, cannot be debated in a logical fashion. I, personally, do not have the time to waste trying to educate a flatulent, name-calling little masturbator.

A 10 Point Plan for the Dems

Investigate the stolen elections of 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006? --repeal HAVA and pass a law that provides for open and legitimate elections

Investigate and expose the 9/11 attack on America—there must be a completely independent investigation of ‘the New Pearl Harbor’ and the subsequent whitewash by the 9/11 Commission and collusion by the main stream media

Pass comprehensive campaign finance reform—this is a no-brainer, but the Dems must act in the interests of saving our democratic republic

Pass comprehensive lobby reform—without it we have no democracy—the system today is a cesspool of corruption and does not even resemble a government for the people and by the people

Investigate the results of the disastrous Telecommunications Act (signed by Clinton) and pass a new act to fix it—consolidation of the ownership of the people’s airwaves into the hands of a few powerful corporations leaves the people without a choice, without a voice and ill informed

Re-enact the fairness doctrine—Reagan did away with this valuable safeguard for just and equal political debate (remember America, these are YOUR airwaves and not GE’s, Walt Disney’s and Rupert Murdoch’s)

Election Fraud in the United States (The End of Democracy)

Bob Urosevich is the President of Deibold. His brother, Todd, is vice president at a competing company, Omaha-based Election Systems & Software (ES &S). These two companies count nearly 80 percent of the electronic votes cast in the United States.
Wally O’Dell until recently the CEO of Diebold, raised 100,000 for Bush’s campaign at a private fundraiser at his mansion and vowed in a GOP fundraising letter to“bring home Ohio’s electoral votes for George Bush”. William and Robert Ahmanson infused the Urosevich’s company which would evolve into ES &S. California newspapers have long documented the Ahmanson family’s ties to right-wing evangelical Christian and Republican circles. In 1996, Chuck Hagel became the first elected Republican Nebraska senator in 24 years when he did surprisingly well in an election where the votes were verified by the company he served as chairman and maintained a financial investment. In both the 1996 and 2002 elections, Hagel’s ES&S counted an estimated 80% of his winning votes. Due to the contracting out of services, confidentiality agreements between the State of Nebraska and the company kept this matter out of the public eye. Through HAVA (Help America Vote Act), states are given money that they must use to buy electronic voting machines in order to prevent reoccurrences of the 2000 Florida Presidential problems. So, states have the choice between Diebold, ES & S and Sequoia, which a secretive, intransparent company called ‘Smartmatic’ that’s known to have ties to the Venezuelan government, has just bought! http://www.libertypost.org/cgi-bin/readart.cgi?ArtNum=134322 The problem for honest Secretaries of States is that each of these systems has software flaws, each is able to be hacked, each has internal operating systems that are secretive and protected as a trade secret and none of them are required to leave a paper ballot, so that the vote can be recounted. The vote can be flipped without a trace left behind. Diebold machines can be accessed remotely through telephone line.

The State of Nevada has access to all software for slot machines in Las Vegas and it is illegal to use software that is not on file. Software for electronic voting machines is a trade secret. State gaming inspectors show up unannounced at casinos to compare computer chips with those on file and if there’s a discrepancy, the machine is shut down and investigated. There are no such checks required for electronic voting machines and indeed there is no chip available for Election officials. Manufacturers of slot machines are background checked and employees investigated for criminal records. There is no way for citizens to know whether programmers of electronic voting machines have been convicted of fraud. Slot machines are certified by a public agency and the public is invited to ask questions. Electronic voting machine manufacturers pay for-profit companies to test and no public information is available. In the event of dispute, the casino must contact investigators of the Gaming Control Board, who can open the machine and inspect the internals. A voter can call the board of elections. Florida 2004, in Baker County, for example, with 12,887 registered voters, 69.3% of them Democrats and 24.3% of them Republicans, the vote was only 2,180 for Kerry and 7,738 for Bush, the opposite of what is seen everywhere else in the country where registered Democrats largely voted for Kerry. In Dixie County, with 9,676 registered voters, 77.5% of them Democrats and a mere 15% registered as Republicans, only 1,959 people voted for Kerry, but 4,433 voted for Bush. The pattern repeats over and over again - but only in the counties where optical scanners were used. Franklin County, 77.3% registered Democrats, went 58.5% for Bush. Lest we forget, exit polls, which are highly accurate, predicted a 5 million vote victory for Kerry and yet he lost by 3 million. This of course doesn’t even account for the voters who were disenfranchised before they even got to the polls. There were voting machine shortages in Democratic districts. There were fraudulent felony purges of voter rolls. There were barriers to registration. There were unmailed, lost and cavalierly rejected absentee ballots. The exit polls sample only those voters who have already overcome these hurdles.
These examples are a drop in the bucket. Just look and you will find case after case after case. I did a Google search for electronic voting machines problems and got 20,800,000 matches. I did a search for election fraud and got 31,900,000 matches. There is so much information available: it is mind-boggling. It is also heart sickening.

If the vote counters are business partners with the ruling party, and if the ruling party pays states to buy machines that are not at all secure and yet, completely secret from the public, and no paper trail is available to recount; then how in the world can any American believe that the vote is being counted honestly? As Ronald Reagan said, “Trust, but verify.” As Josef Stalin said, “Those who cast the votes decide nothing, those who count the votes, decide everything.”

Issues, personalities, polling data, causes, right and wrong, right and left mean nothing if elections can be manipulated in secret. Our voice is heard when we vote. In Defense of Dr. Matt

On a recent O’Reilly response blog at Newshounds, Dr. Matt was told to tone it down by another blogger. To me, the other blogger seemed to genuinely be trumpeting the cause of civil discourse between allies (Dr. Matt and a Repug troll), who after all, were both Americans. Dr. Matt snapped back something uncivil, but funny. The blogger interested in civil discourse threatened to leave the blog for good. He, by the way, was a liberal too.

I find myself feeling sorry for the civil blogger, but siding with Dr. Matt. He is a minuteman in the war against our country. DrMatt is firing back and can clearly see through most of the babble immediately in order to expose the ‘reich-wing’. Sometimes innocents get popped.

What Dr. Matt understands and what the civil blogger may or may not truly realize, is that we’re not fighting a worthy adversary in a neutral court with equal rules and equal tools. If those days ever existed, they certainly do not now.

Neocons have taken over our country. They did not do this by winning elections. They did this: 1 By keeping elections close with smear and noise, and an alliance with the Christian Fundamentalist Front, 2 By suppression of Democratic (black and poor) voters where the opportunity existed and where those particular electoral votes were necessary and 3 By using voting machines owned by fellow neocons that are hackable and untraceable.

Our democracy has been stolen, but you would never know this from watching television. Fox is the flagship destroyer of the fleet, the good ship ‘Hard On’. However, far deadlier, because they reach much larger audiences and are considered legitimate, are NBC, ABC, CBS, The New York Times, The Washington Post and on. ENTERnewsTAINMENT Networks are a disgrace. The media is completely owned by a few very powerful corporations, who cover what they want to cover. I assure you that their self-interests, as owners of OUR AIRWAVES, are not in the best interests of the individual American or any Democrat who might be interested in tampering with the machine.

In addition to this, as if I need to mention it, Republicans are the ones who got the huge tax break and consequently own a lot of our country.

This is what we’re up against. This is not a discussion of policy amongst concerned Americans. This is not a give and take amongst liberals with ideas and conservatives with fiscal discipline. This is not a fair fight, where at the end of the debate, honor carries the day.

The war was fought and won while Democrats were still fighting traditional battles. If the Democrats do not win big in the mid term elections, I’m afraid we, as a democratic nation, are lost. Close elections will go to the Republicans. You can count on it. Our democracy and nation are teetering and Dr. Matt is firing pop shots at a huge Red State Army. I’m a progressive from Texas, where, I’m ashamed to say, a lot of the merciless, greedy, powerful and arrogant leaders of the Red State Army were spawned. Fire away Dr. Matt!

Overpopulation and The False Issue

Let me start by saying that the overwhelming majority of Democrats, liberals, progressives, women’s rights advocates and other forward thinkers, I’d say 99% to 100%, wish there were no abortions needed, sought or performed. There should be open education and prevention programs. Education cures overpopulation. Education stems the spread of disease. Education makes for reasoned and rational choices when it comes to sexuality—in all its varied and natural forms. If given the time and chance, science will provide the means to virtually eliminate a woman having to choose an abortion. Given the time and chance, science will give us the means to voluntarily, as a species, control our numbers and in doing so, save our species from catastrophe and the world’s ecosystem from complete collapse.

That being said, anyone who brings up God’s will and his love for human life simply has to reckon with the fact that the human species, with its over breeding and insatiable appetite for harvestable lands and finite natural resources, is destroying the life-sustaining system of this planet. Global warming will probably get us first and a disease worse than the bird flu is certainly awaiting us; our numbers and our connectivity are breeding it. But, if we get the chance, overpopulation will destroy civilization as we know it and as we envision it to be.

It took only about 35 years for the world population to double to 6 billion in 2005. If it were to double again in another 35 years, we will have a world population of 12 billion by 2041. There are those who say that we’ve already reached the sustainable growth plateau and that the astronomical growth of the last 200 years has started to level off. There are those that say we could have 0% growth by 2023. There are even those that claim there never has been an overpopulation problem and that in effect, overpopulation is a myth. Consider the fact that there are more people alive today than have EVER DIED!

I culled the following scenario from Ishmael (Daniel Quinn) based on the current rate of doubling. Human beings, if unhindered by obstacles of travel, breathable air, food supply, and so on would do the following to the universe in the decades and centuries ahead:

In 35 years we’d fill another planet-- after 70 years, 4 planets would be full—after 105 years, 8 planets would be full-- a billion planets would be full by the year 3000-- by 3300, a hundred billion planets would be full-- 35 years later, another galaxy would be full-- in the year 4000, the planets of a million galaxies would be full-- in the year 5000, all of the planets of a trillion galaxies would be full—in other words, every planet in the universe would be filled with human beings in 3000 years. Marvin Harris calculated that if the population doubles every 20 years instead of the 35 years used above—well, the entire universe would be a solid mass of human protoplasm in fewer than 2000 years! It is clear that human beings do know how to reproduce.

I personally feel that 6 billion human beings are way too many for the resources and the ecosystem of our small and interconnected world. It is certainly too many to sustain the diversity of species that makes for a healthy and naturally balanced system. People alive today will witness, within their lifetimes, the extinction of thousands of species of animals and plants. Young adults and children will witness the end of the wilderness for giraffes, lions, rhinos, tigers, water buffalo, elephants, gorillas and most probably polar bears and wolves. There simply isn’t enough space for these large species to live naturally even now. Can you imagine the implications of another 6 billion human mouths to feed?

I speak now to the Pope and all of the other religious leaders and to the millions of faith based followers who are striving to enact their version of God’s law upon the rest of humanity. Does God want billions to die of starvation, disease and poverty? Does God want a complete breakdown of his ecosystem, because one of his species has overrun all the others and devastated the design? My hope would be that God wants humans to thrive and steward the land and the water and the air, so that generation after generation could be happy and prosperous, living in harmony with one another and with every other species of animal and plant. This natural system was designed after all, by an all knowing, all loving creator.

There is a reason for what the secular humanists would call natural ‘balance’. A fundamentalist Christian might call it ‘intelligent design’. A naturalist/scientist might say something on the order of, ‘whatever you call it—the way it all works, and it does work, is brilliant’.

There are abortions in the natural world every second of every minute. There are child killings and turf murders every second of every minute in the natural world. It is nature’s way of controlling populations of species. It is God’s way. When there are too many deer because man has killed all of the lions, the deer overpopulate and as a result, they starve and die of disease. It is God’s way of controlling this population. The young, the old, and the weak will die first, but many more will die as well. It is the nature of the planet, it is logical and it is God’s way.

Human beings are animals as well. We are subject to the laws of nature. We are subject to the ways of God. It is simply not a matter of saving every human sperm that has impregnated a human egg. It is a question of whether humans can save humanity. Nobody wants abortion. It’s a false issue. I’m assuming that nobody wants human extinction, either. Given the laws of God’s nature, what do you think you should do as a servant of God and a concerned member of the human race?

Should you work to keep young breeders ignorant and unprepared so that their natural chances greatly improve for accidental impregnation and further overpopulation? Or should you act within God’s laws to work to save our garden from overgrazing, lack of water and ultimate desertification?

We are the deer. The difference is that, on our own, we have eradicated the lions and all the other predators except for disease and starvation. While we’re overgrazing, over breeding and saving every fawn, hunger and illness are biding their time in the grass. When we’ve eaten that grass down to the soil, we will find our predators. It is God’s way.

We all live in the same garden. The conservative deer and the liberal deer all breathe the same air, drink the same water and eat the same grass. The difference seems to be that the liberal deer sense the impending doom. This of course, does nothing for the liberal deer, because we live as a species and we die as a species. Knowledge won’t save us if the fat deer, who eat the most grass, force all deer to reproduce unabated, with a whistling attitude of righteousness that stares happily forward at extinction. It is time for all of us to take stock and look at the diminishing supply of grass and the lack of visible predators and react while there’s still time.

If anti abortionists get their way, and it appears now that the Supreme Court is stacked and ready, then the US will be adding thousands more a year to the billions more. Whether we reach the boiling point at 7 billion or at 12 billion or at 15 billion, we’re talking about a hellish world of hunger and overcrowding and a completely decimated ecosystem. These are not days hundreds of years from now. These are our own children and grandchildren. This is the immediate future of humanity. Are the lives of all of the humans to follow us as sacred as every sperm and egg coupling that we save today? Billions and billions will suffer and die just like the lions and deer before them. Our predators are lying in wait.

God’s way is nature’s way and one way or another, our overpopulation, over cultivation and all out war on nature will slam into an intelligent wall of design. With or without un-Godly, manmade restrictions on the human female’s right to her own sexuality, humanity has an approaching date in the court of natural law and will meet its day of reckoning.

The Trouble Maker Religions
(A Brief History)

Ancient peoples try to explain how we got here, with fables told and passed down from generation to generation.
After hundreds of thousands of years, man starts to cultivate crops aggressively at the expense of nature and natural law and as a means to grow the tribe.
Man starts to follow a man-made, ‘the god’s will smite you down, if you don’t obey’ religion as a means to control behaviors caused by cultivation, locking up the food supply and of course, an ever growing tribe.
Rules are added as needed. By the way, all of these rules are naturally, the will of the gods.
One day, the concept of a single, male, ruler god is embraced by one tribe.
Eventually, a prophet of this God, is turned in by his own tribe for apparently misinterpreting the will of their God and is brutally executed by the authorities, who believe in other gods.
People cling to this prophet after his death. His words give them the hope, that beyond the toil, enslavement and the shortness of their illness-infested lives, there exists something better, that is indeed coming for THEM very soon and the rest of the world will be cleansed and wiped clean.
300 years later, the Holy Roman Emperor, Constantine, uses the growing faith (Constantine was only baptized on his death bed) and combines it with the traditional pagan holidays and myths to make the now, single RELIGION of the EMPIRE in order to unify the people and deify, himself. The bible is pulled together, edited and rewritten as needed. Texts are chosen and texts are disregarded accordingly. Pagan holidays, a pagan virgin birth, a pagan resurrection and a pagan Zeus-like all powerful GOD are all wrapped up with Jewish texts and ‘accounts’ of the life of the prophet to form the absolute TRUTH about the GOD.
Hundreds of years later, a council votes and decides that yes, indeed, the ancient prophet is ‘The Christ’ and is therefore, a god. The Bible is edited further.
The church grows ever stronger and more dominant over people’s lives. More rules are written, including harsh punishments and death for disbelief, questioning or deviating in any way, from the Rules of GOD.
Meanwhile, another religion has sprung up; a different prophet, same GOD, different name, slightly different instructions, but with equally harsh rules for noncompliance.
He seems to be humorless and have the same kind of disrespect for women and ANYONE who doesn’t bow before HIM.
The followers of these two religions despise one another. After all, the differences are profound. One religion’s GOD is clearly a white man and the other religion’s GOD has a darker color to his skin. They do agree that HE is one in the same. What? Well, at least they agree that clearly, HE is a man; a really big man, that isn’t a man at all.
Science develops and disproves most of the assertions of the ancient men’s writings as to how things work and as to how we got here.
Scientists and other doubters are tortured, belittled and killed by these CHURCHS of the GODS, in order to preserve the TRUTH as to why things are the way the CHURCH says they are and how it is that we are here.
New churches split from Constantine’s Holy Roman Empire CHURCH and get rid of a lot of the ceremony. However, they follow Constantine’s HOLY BOOK as written. These are fundamentalists, who follow only the strict and direct words of GOD, HIMSELF, as told to some ancient guys on the edge of the desert, in different languages, thousands of years ago and then re-edited by the Emperor’s men.
Nobody splits from the other prophet’s CHURCH. It is fundamentally forbidden to leave.
Today, both Christians and Moslems believe they are following the ONE TRUE WAY that will lead them to heaven (a wonderful place up in the sky) and that all other religions are wrong and that ANYONE who doesn’t follow their religion is going to HELL (a horrible place below the ground).
This is the word of the lord.

War on America!

I wonder if Karl Rove ever thought about ordering Bush to create a Freedom Czar to oversee the War on American Freedoms. The repugs have made their ‘vision’ for America perfectly clear with a stream of little wars on this or that, but will the ‘mainstream’ or ‘middle America’ ever realize that The War is on them. Let’s take a look at the ruling party’s agenda through a list of their wars on…
War on homosexuals—because there’s got to be a boogieman and a way to scare people and raise money
War on flag burning—because there’s been massive flag burnings all over the nation
War on Hollywood—because the movie industry is a forum that neocons do not control and it plays well with people who listen to talk radio to demonize the kind of free thinking and free market entertainment provided by D.C. outsiders
War on women’s reproductive rights—because a large percentage of those who vote repug do so religiously based on this one issue—the perception of concern buys the bulk of these votes
War on the poor and the disadvantaged—because compassionate conservativism is simply word play and sounds a lot better than selfish greed head
War on drugs--wasting billions every year and ruining thousands of lives one new prison at a time
War on environmental protections—for example passing the Clear Skies Initiative that allows for More acid rain
War on pornography—because nudity offends certain people and should therefore be banned for all people
War on worker’s rights and protections
War on separation of church and state
War on dissent and divergent thought
War on terror—the 911 Commission gives them an ‘F’ and states that we are less safe today
War on disaster preparedness—when you appoint cronies, you get mismanagement and when as an administration you truly do not care about things like hurricanes, then you get New Orleans 2005
War on a sensible gun control policy—because the NRA is very powerful and a great many people vote repug religiously to protect their misinterpretation of the second amendment—protection of semi-automatic and automatic weapons = automatic votes
War on fiscal restraint—against the advice of Paul O’Neil (Treasury Secretary) on the dangers of deficit spending, Bush has outspent every other president, destroyed the surplus that Clinton gave him and crippled future administrations for years to come
War on taxes for the very wealthy
War on civil discourse—while Repug Senators and Congressmen generally know how to appear polite, the same cannot be said for their Rovian handlers whose standard operating procedure is to smear and leak in the shadows or for the Fox propaganda machine, with it’s highly paid, vicious liars and tools who, as a matter of business, spew the agenda and spin of the RNC
War on corporate oversight—this apparently, is something that is better left out of government and placed in the hands of self-policing industries
War on protection from government wiretaps—because laws get in the way of spying on the citizenry, especially when we the citizens should know that it’s only for our own good and we can trust the president
War on legitimate elections—through laws like HAVA, which allow for electronic voting machines to provide no paper trail, Secretaries of States to certify the machines and the elections, even though they also happen to serve as campaign managers for the ruling party, and machines made by private companies who openly support the ruling party
War on media oversight of the government—it is apparently o.k. for Rove and Cheney to leak the name of CIA operatives, but reporters will be prosecuted for revealing our government’s secret gulags, so that torture can ‘occur’ without the pesky Constitution getting in the way
War on public education—No Child Left Behind is an abject failure because naturally, it wasn’t funded—it is an edict from above designed to weaken the system and open the door for yet further diversion of funds toward private schooling
War on public broadcasting—since the agenda in public broadcasting is to report the stories in as unbiased a manner as is possible and to provide content that isn’t given the forum on commercial TV, they are liberals and shouldn’t be publicly funded
War on telecommunications oversight—the most powerful lobby in D.C. is the telecommunications industry—where does America get its news, TV—who provides the broadcast, GE (NBC), who also supplies weapon systems and on and on for Bush’s invasion of Iraq—is there any doubt why NBC never asked why we were going to war, but only when?
War on affordable health care—Bill Frist dumped his family’s HMO stock before it fell, maybe he knew something we didn’t—the U.S. has the 37th best health care system of the advanced nations of the world
War on affordable college education--because millionaires and billionaires desperately needed tax relief
War on America’s image—we used to be admired and now we’re despised, not just by our enemies, but by our friends
War on campaign finance reform—if you take the money out of the campaigns, you’d have nothing left but regular people running for office in order to serve their country or state or county—this apparently, would be bad for Republicans
War on lobbying reform—if you take away all of the money and manipulation, you’d have nothing left but Senators and Congressman who actually voted for what they believed in
War on an actual energy policy—the current one was drafted by Ken Lay (Bush’s biggest campaign contributor) and his associates in the industry
War on Social Security—enough said
The repug wars are wars on individual freedoms and protections. They are wars on a responsible government for the people and by the people. Chief strategist for the Republican regime, Grover Norquist, wants to shrink government to the size that it can be drowned in a bathtub. I believe the great majority of Americans want a government that peacefully conducts the people’s business. But, America needs to wake up fast. I can here the water running.

In Other Words: The Forty Third President

The toxic bitch, Ann Coulter, uses slander and libel on a daily basis. How does that bigoted, horse-faced, hate-monger get away with it? Well, she knows it's expensive to challenge and she, on the other hand, makes loads of money selling and spewing to equally narrow minded wingnuts and so called ‘Christians’.
I won’t stoop to her slanderous and libelous name calling level, but I will print a list of descriptive names for her leader, you know, what’s his name, the shrub, the ex-alcoholic and drug abuser, you know, the draft-dodger who went AWOL, failed at three businesses, fucked up Texas and then was illegitimately appointed President of the United States by his father’s Supreme Court, oh yea, President dubya bush.
Bushbots, neocon excusists and other members of the cult of Bush will use the following to describe their leader; President, Commander in Chief, Christian, a good man, conservative, leader, moral, confident, a regular guy. These are all at best inaccurate and in reality, lies.
The following descriptions are more truthful. They come from the other 70% of the American population and practically the entire world. They will be used by historians and future generations to reference his heinous, the fraudulent simpleton, America’s, King George ‘The Fake’. Here goes.

A Brief Word About The Word Brilliance

Much has been made about the so-called “brilliance” of Karl Rove by the media and representatives of the political parties. I’m going to go out on a limb and say he is not “brilliant”.
“Brilliant”? Compared to who? Compared to the box of mud that he positioned to be appointed our president? Compared to the campaign managers and leaders of the Dems, who seem to be out maneuvered time and again by Rovian smear tactics and the simplicity of the bigoted message of the right? Maybe.
However, I would use the word to describe certain scientists, chemists, mathematicians, painters, filmmakers, composers, writers and so forth. You know, the kind of people the neocons and the religious right dismiss and attack because their research, creations and assertions threaten their narrow minded and selfish views of the world.
Political strategists like Rove are cunning criminals, hardly “brilliant” minds. It is simply an improper use of the word when it is applied anywhere near their mean spirited, poisonous, deceitful, little names.

Cannabis Prosecution = Anti-Christ

Anyone with intelligence knows that the ‘drug war’ is expensive, endless and fraught with inconsistencies. Anyone with any sort of enlightenment knows that the ‘drug war’ is completely misguided and a waste of fiscal and human resources. But, did you know that the ‘drug war’, specifically the persecution of cannabis users, is actually in the most fundamentally and the most profound way, Anti-Christ?
In Exodus, there are instructions given for building the tent that God stays in, the Tabernacle. Further instructions are given for the particular incense to be burned in the Tabernacle. The ingredients of the incense are myrrh, cinnamon and ‘fragrant cane’. The Hebrew words translated ‘fragrant kane’ are ‘kanneh bosm’. ‘Kanneh bos’ is the singular form. In another quote from Exodus 30:22-3, “Moreover the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: “Also take for yourself quality spices--five hundred shekels of liquid myrrh, half as much sweet-smelling cinnamon, two hundred and fifty shekels of sweet-smelling cane."
Alright, so let’s flash forward to the New Testament and to the truly interesting part. ‘Christians’ means ‘The Anointed Ones’. The early Christians were talking about a literal anointing by oil. The ‘chrism’(holy oil) used for baptism practiced by early Christians is the reason for their name and the reason ‘the Christ’ has his name. The oil was made from ‘kanneh bos’. From the Gospel of Philip-“For the Father anointed the Son, and the Son anointed the apostles, and the apostles anointed us. He who has been anointed possesses everything. He possesses the resurrection, the light, the cross, the Holy Spirit. The Father gave him this in the bridal chamber; he merely accepted (the gift). The Father was in the Son and the Son in the Father. This is the Kingdom of Heaven." This passage shows the belief in the divinity of the holy oil and indeed shows that the oil was the Kingdom of Heaven.
It gets even more interesting. Jesus, ‘the Christ’, after being anointed by John the Baptist, sees visions and starts down the road that becomes his destiny. He anoints his apostles and the apostles in turn anoint others and so on. Jesus healed sinners (those with illnesses) by anointing them (baptizing them by pouring oil over their heads or by treating skin and arthritic conditions and so on by administering this same holy oil). Early Christians did not have advanced science and understood illness as an affliction of sin. As in most ancient cultures, the medicine man was also the spiritual man for the early Christians. Jesus was a savior because he distributed a therapeutic holy oil and covered everyone’s sins (wounds).
Jesus became ‘the Christ’ because of the oil. Christians became ‘The Anointed Ones’ because of the oil. The Kingdom of Heaven is indeed this holy oil. The medicinal and spiritual value of this holy oil is well known even today, although people smoke it now and it’s illegal and demonized by the Christians who owe their beliefs, their Savior and their collective faith to this hallucinogen we now call, cannabis (kanneh bos).
“And now”, to quote Paul Harvey, “you know the rest of the story.”

Dead Eye Dick’s Deferred Again

Dick and Harry went down to south Texas to kill wing-clipped, farm bread birds, scared up by ranch hands. They drove in a car with two women (not their wives) to locations predetermined to contain these easy kills.
Dick and Harry and the ladies go to a picnic earlier in the day and drink ‘one beer’. Dick and Harry don’t have the necessary permits for the slaughter, those seem to be just silly rules for commoners. After Dick hears a rustle in the bush, he fires and shoots Harry in the face. He fails to look first, this is standard operating procedure for Dick. He is a lot closer than he claims. Dick then uses the secret service to escort him away from the scene and away from local law enforcement, so that his drinking won’t be discovered and disclosed.
After 18 hours the White House is forced to confirm the story. By this time, Dick’s blood alcohol level is ok. Two days later, Dick speaks to the press (well, more accurately, Brit Hume spoon feeds Dick easy questions on GOP ‘News’ (better known by its common name, FOX ‘News’).
The official line is that, it is Harry’s fault for not letting Dick know that he was standing in front of him and that besides, these things happen all the time. Why is the liberal press making such a big deal out of it? As a matter of truth, there were 1.1 million hunting licenses issued last year in Texas and only 36 accidents.
After a minor heart attack, Harry is released from the hospital and apologizes to Dick for the inconvenience. Harry is a good soldier.
This seems to do the trick for Dick, because their King, George (also a cowboy and a fighter pilot), accepts Dick’s explanation completely.
Local law enforcement closes the case even though they never interview Dick and there are discrepancies in the stories from the hunting ‘party’.
Dead Eye Dick is now back at work, shooting America and the world in the face and saying, “go fuck yourself”.
By the way, I believe the worst day of Dick’s life was probably the day his fourth deferment from military service in Vietnam didn’t immediately come through as planned. Eventually, it did come through, as did the fifth deferment, and Dick never had to become a professional shooter. Well, that is until recently, when he ordered thousands of our young people to die and be maimed in his neocon/business war. He gets a deferred salary from Halliburton for his service in this war.
Dick Cheney: What a marksman! What a patriot! What a man!
